regional centers. In this type of model there is no clean CBD (central business district). This model predicts the movement allows for the specialization of regional centers. In this type of model there is no clean CBD (central business district). According to this model, a city contains more than one center around which activities revolve. Due to some activities being draw to particular nodes while others try to avoid them businesses use this model to determine where they will place buildings based on other land marks.
