Air Pollution This shows the consentration of air pollution
throughout the world, mostly concentrated in
Europe, North america, and Asia. This photo shows
the extreme output
of pollution by some
factories in the world. The carbon dioxide relesed by
cars is a huge contributer to
global pollution, the average
number of cars per family is 2 in the US. On April 26, 1986 Chernobyl spewed a massive amount
of radioactive material into the air. This accident was
the worst nuclear accident ever, but only 5% of the
its nuclear capasity was relased. A volcano erupted
on March 21, 2010 in
Iceland. On April 15, 2010
it eruputed again, so
much ash spewed into
the air that they shut
down all trans-atlantic flights. Fossil fuels are not only running out,
but are a huge contributer to global
pollution. The only way to save
the environment
and us is to find
clean alternative fuel souces to better serve our enviornment.
