Transcript of Lasallian Month of Peace - 2012

Help our families to listen to each other and live in harmony together. Loving and supporting each other with your help.
Where is
Peace needed

Lord. When we are with our friends help us to care for each other and be examples of leading Peace filled lives. Amen
"Never doubt that a small group of committed people can CHANGE THE WORLD.
Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." Margaret Mead
Lord. We can sometimes feel that we are powerless to change the world. Help us to realise how important we truly are and to use this to make the world a better and more peaceful place for all your children. Amen
"We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”
Marianne Williamson
In your tutor time next Tuesday you
will each have the opportunity to
write a prayer, dream or wish on a
paper dove.

These doves will then displayed
around the chapel to remind
us of our desires for peace.
What will you
do to help bring Peace to the World?

Peace be with you.
Lord, Help us to resolve disagreements and arguments in school peacefully and without violence. Help us to listen to each other and understand that we all have different opinions. Amen
