Our SOCIAL MISSION is

about where or when in your life your
ways good posture shows up when you …… dance the night away and feel great
ski all day on a glorious winter day
play and go for bike rides with little people
Exude confidence living your wonderful life
Enjoy your work
What are some other ways good
posture shows up?
When Postures affect you in NEGATIVE ways…….. you are not well rested
# you feel drained before you start
# chores at home are daunting
# your body signals you with pain
# at work you likely suffer discomforts
# and OF COURSE there is no time for exercise!
d. What are some other negatives?
a. Our modern day technological revolution
We went from the physical labour of farming, walking, chopping wood to the age of automation
is creating postural habits that are problematic for our upright evolution.
O MPM but HUGE impact!
The human body was not designed for this!
Let’s look at what kids innately do
Somewhere along the way we forget the fact that objects could be closer to our faces and we poke our necks out
we hang out in our low backs instead of bending at the hips
Reverting to babies in car seats
Are we headed here
Or The unfortunately common and preventable here?
Of course NOT because we got your back!
So what ever happened to play?
When the heck did it leave us?
We would call this exercise, but kids would call it play!
Lets take a minute now….
VISUALIZE for yourself
What are you willing to do to ensure your body is healthy?
we all want that….
But really, what WILL YOU actually DO to help ensure your
enjoy the many benefits of good posture
Human right to
onwards into a healthy retirement
If you stay with what you are currently doing for your body
from now… ……
How do you see yourself MOVING and FEELING… are you active and radiating health?
Are you fluid
Where do you see yourself in
Is your body function improving or declining?
Can you shoulder check when driving?
Can you bend over to tie your shoes ?
Can you lift your children onto your shoulders or throw a football
Do you suffer with incontinence?
physical results of inefficient posture held over time
Myofascia turns to felt, becoming dry and matted
Abdominal and Blood vessel compression
Lung dysfunction, resulting in diminished and faulty breathing patterns
Spinal nerve compression resulting in PAIN
You look older and less confident
To understand more about this you need a little lesson in something called myofascia
It’s absolutely everywhere in our bodies! Our muscles are permeated, saturated and surrounded with a connective tissue called myofascia
This white stuff is actually more important than the pink stuff!
Without it our muscles would be a blob of strawberry jam, with nothing holding them together
We each have a full body myofascial suit on. When we pull on one area, it has a real effect elsewhere.
So since everything is connected to everything with myofascia …….what’s the most common result we often get from countless hours of sitting and working?
Locked long in the upper back and locked short in the front of the body = pain somewhere else in the myofascial system
Let’s do an experiment
So how do we begin to change this imbalance?
No…it’s nothing like this. We use our favourite toys….. yes its back to being kids playing….. with balls
You can do this at your desk
We know some really profound ways to change your body. A key component to efficient posture is to have CORE AWARENESS
What is your core?
Put simply, your core refers to your body, without the head, legs and arms.
Your functional core is made up of the following muscles: pelvic floor muscles, transversus abdominis, multifidus, diaphragm.
Zip up your center line
You can put it behind your back,
Behind your neck
Your new best friend
NOW…FOR THE BIG KAHUNA. This is the bomb
This is top secret
You will have to come and see us to learn how you can profoundly and permanently change yourself with this
“ king of the balls”
Permanent change of myofascia takes repetition and precision
How to strengthen
The dinosaurs refused to exercise and look what happened to them

What will it be?
Let’s do a little shoulder and neck release
You can do this at your desk!
Once you release your tight chest muscles, you need to re educate and strengthen the stabilizing muscles
