On -The- Job Training
Every time there are changes in government laws, rules, and regulations a business trainer must partner with the legal department to become familiar with those changes. This means constant on-the-job training for the trainer as well as the trainer creating training material for the people that will be directly affected by the changes
Opportunities for Advancement
Being a business trainer in a large company means getting familiar with various other departments. That provides an opportunity to learn other aspects within a company. This creates opportunity for job advancement across the company .

Flexibility of Work Schedule
As a business trainer, there is flexibility in the work schedule. Sometimes there are requirements such as traveling and training classes that restrict the schedule but, outside of those situations the job can be worked from home, in the office, a hotel and even a local coffee shop that offers wi-fi. The hours required centers around the work needed to be completed each day. So it could be early in the morning or late at night. Which would be flexible for someone with a busy home life.
For a business trainer, job satisfaction comes from knowing that the people who are being trained are learning new things that they can use in their work. They can use the information they learn to get better at their job, apply for advancement opportunity, or move to into positions that will bring them their own job satisfaction. This is the goal of any business trainer who loves what they do.
Benefits to Society
A business trainer benefits society by teaching others their knowledge. The sharing of this knowledge can result in growth in the organization, society, and communities.
Level of Stress Experienced on the Job
Being a business trainer is stressful when there is a lack of partnership amongst teams and department. This can create a break down in communication resulting in misunderstandings and frustration for the trainer. To avoid this, a trainer should build relationships with those partners and foster an environment of trust and mutuality.
Training does not seem to be a priority in a company when profits are slow or down. This means a business trainer is constantly worried that the job may come to an end or changed. A business trainer must be able to perform other duties in order to secure job security.
Although training does not seem like a job that offers job security, it is something that will always be needed as long as people are performing the jobs. People must be trained to do their work.
