The Battle of San Jacinto, fought on April 21, 1836 Harris County, Texas, was the battle of the Texas Revolution. The battle lasted roughly about 18 minutes.
Where it took place
who led what ?
a large group of Americans led by Sam Houston, The Americans soon outnumbered the Mexicans who were led by Santa Anna. In March 1836, in the midst of armed conflict with the Mexican government, Texas declared its independence from Mexico.
Texas won the battle. After that Sam Houston was elected president of Texas 1793-1863
