GRS has an established database comprised of professionals to contact for referrals and to directly recruit. We currently have 349 pump salespeople and 3,824 industrial salespeople in our database located in OH, KY and WV.
ESTABLISHED NETWORK
NAME GATHER
GRS will continue to add new qualified professionals through systematic name gathering of source companies. GRS will also contact new contacts through referrals. We currently have 73 pump distributors/reps in our database in OH, KY and WV.
EMAIL CAMPAIGN
GRS will compose a company confidential email detailing key points of the job to relevant industry professionals
GRS will proactively search LinkedIn, Monster and Indeed for qualified professionals. We will also leverage our industry specific LinkedIn groups and post the position on our web site that attracts candidates in your specific niche
SOCIAL NETWORKING/JOB BOARDS
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base Salary:
$30,000 - $40,000

Incentive:
Commission

Realistic 1st Year Earnings:
$100,000

Company Car plus gas
TARGET PROFILE TO ATTRACT
Outside sales experience with a strong track record of growing sales
Someone who has familiarity with aftermarket sales and calling on maintenance people
Experience selling a mechanically engineered product, preferably pumps or mechanical seals
Hands on individual who's not afraid to get their hands dirty

Very little turnover and there are a lot of people with long careers with the company

Initial contact for telephone interview with prospective candidate
Request and Review Resume
GRS will conduct an in depth interview to fully qualify the candidate for the position
Review and narrow to a short list based on Motivation, Qualifications, Personality, Compensation & Intangibles
GRS will arrange initial interviews with Steve
GRS will arrange final interviews with the rebuild superintendent, shop foreman and other owners
CONTINGENT SEARCH
PARTNERSHIP OPTIONS
No money up front to begin the search
Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings
30% of that amount
PARTNERSHIP OPTIONS
PRIORITY SEARCH
It becomes a top priority for our team
Reduced fee of 27% of first year earnings
Engagement fee of $5,000 for each individual position to begin the search
Commitment allows us to put full resources into the search
$5,000 engagement fee applied toward the 27%
The average compensation for a salesperson in the pump industry in the midwest was $69,600 last year.
