Transcript of Children's Story

By Brittany Ludwig Tucker & Bobby The close call with the car really scared Tucker and he wanted to go home. He looked around and realized he didn't know where he was. Tucker started to cry. Yipe Yipe Yipe! Just then a Blue Jay swooped down to investigate. Meet Tucker Once Tucker was on the other side of the fence, he was amazed by all the new wonderful smells. Tucker buried his nose in the grass and started running and sniffing frantically. Sniff sniff sniff. Tuckers nose lead him to a field of beautiful flowers. As he was smelling them, a butterfly landed on his nose. It scared him, he barked and chased after it. The rabbit darted across the street. BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, "Whoa a car," shrieked Tucker. "I'm lost,"cried Tucker.
"Yeah your a long way from home but I can help you, my names Bobby. I always see you playing in your yard when I fly overhead!"
"Really you can help me?" sobbed Tucker. He came around a corner and ran smack into a rabbit. "Wow your a funny looking dog," Tucker said. The rabbit was startled and ran off. Tucker raced after it. "Yeah follow me," said Bobby. Tucker raced after Bobby, he had to run as fast as his little legs could take him. Soon they passed the spot where Tucker saw the funny looking dog and all the beautiful flowers. Before long Tucker was back at his escape tunnel. He scurried through the hole and into his yard. He promised to never leave again. "Thanks for helping me Bobby,"said Tucker.
"Your welcome, how about in the future I come by and tell you whats been going on in the neighborhood?"
"That would be great, its scary out there," replied Tucker. Bobby kept his promise and still visits Tucker from time to time. One day Tucker was bored. So he decided to dig a hole, to get to the other side of the fence. Meet Bobby
