Transcript of WHAT WILL CITIES BE LIKE 50 YEARS FROM NOW?

design by Dóri Sirály for Prezi
50 years later, there won't be towns, only cities with gigantic buildings.
POLLUTION
TRANSPORTATION
The most trendy transport will be the electric, flying, supersonic car. These cars will be properly to all fields even water.
Planes will have the same features as starships and people will go on holidays to another planets.
People will be transported in underground and underwater pipes that will carry them wherever they want in a few time.
The pavement will take people as a conveyor belt, so you won't have to walk.
WORK
One of the most popular work in the future is working in tolls in the space.
The jobs that nobody wants will be made for robots. They will be very important for society and each family will have one in their houses.
All the people will have a work with a minimun of 1000 venuses (venuses will be the coin that is used by the whole world) every month.

Nightlife
Discos will be in the outskirts of the city surrounded by a dome, so it won't be cold or raining.
MUSIC:
Bands will play live on pubs and clubs.
Cassettes and vinyls will come back.
BUILDINGS
Houses will rotate toward the sun. The rooms will can change their positions in the house so you'll have a different home everyday but with the same furniture.
Now, we have lots of buildings but in the future, there will be less because thousands of people will live in the same building.
Today edifices are very similar and with the same structure but in the future they'll have lots of different forms.
Clothes will be very creative. Shoes with rockets and jackets with colourful lights will be in and fashionable.
People will buy everything by the Internet, so there won't be any supermarket or any shop in Tokyo.
SHOPPING

Pollution won't be a problem because of the Fukushima's nuclear power.
People won't have to use masks and the most important thing is that babies won't born with deformities because of the radioactivity.

50 YEARS LATER:
NOW:
CRIME
Crime will decrease, because indestructible robots will control the security of the city. Robots will be controlled by humans in a big control centre.
All criminals will be in a huge prison in the middle of the sea in nowhere surrounded by piranhas that electrocute any people who want to scape.
ADVERTISING
Advertising will be very similar as now. There will be more advertising if people consume more.
The most used for advertising are hovercrafts that will leave the logo in the sky for at least three hours or buildings that are gigantic screens.

ANIMALS
There will be more animals because of the mutations.
Scientists will create new creatures from animals that we have now like giraphants.
TOKYO IN 50 YEARS.
