Gregor's wound,
the 3 boarders,
hostile family,
no more revenue

Needs met:
breathing (however, lack of fresh air)

*inside looking out
*unattainable desires sister cares, loses interest picture, physical belongings The Cure! family: doesn't fit in Needs not met:
sexually repressed,
sleep deprived
Remembers them with affection Personal/ financial security, health and well-being,
safety net against accidents/illness no one appreciates his work hiding (table, couch) self- esteem, confidence, respect rare!!! (Ghandi, Einstein, E. Roosevelt) morality, creativity, problem solving, non-discriminatory, meta-motivation Gregor doesn't make own decisions Never reaches *Adequate food
