Meats/Seafood
Goose, Foie gras, Beef, Veal, Pork, Mutton, lamb, Rabbit, Quail Horse and just some of the meats that French people eat. Cod, Sardines (canned and fresh), Tuna (canned and fresh), Salmon, Trout, Mussels, Herring, Escargot (snails), Oysters, Shrimp, Calamari, Frog's legs are all of the dishes that are seafood. Frog legs might sound gross and so might snails but they are surprisingly really good for you. You can cook frog legs in a deep fryer, on the stove or in the oven.
Crêpe
What is a crêpe? A crêpe is a very thin pancake that is made from wheat flour and buckwheat flour. There are Crêperies, where they sell crêpes. What makes crêpes so popular in France is what you put inside them. You can put whipped cream to berries inside.
French Breads
There are many diffrent types of French breads. Baguette, Boule, Brioche, Faluche, Ficelle, Fougasse, Pain brié, Pain d'épices, Pain de campagne, Pain de mie. Theese breads were all invented in France.

CHEESE
France is famous for there cheese, of coarse cheese is made for a goat or from a cow. Some cheeses inclued Abondance, Banon, Beaufort, Cabecou etc.
SOUP
A very famous French soup is French Onion soup. French onion soup is a type of soup usually based on meat stock, and often served with croutons and cheese on top.
Desserts
FRENCH FOOD
A good dessert is a Croissant. A croissant is made of Yeast-leavened dough and butter. A croissant can have melted cheese of top, to poppy seeds. Most people rip it in half then put butter on the inside.
