What do to
remove your self or another victim out of the water ASAP

then if necessary wrap up the wound with a piece of cloth and tie it as tight as you can.

and what ever you do, do not let the victim freak out and do not let yourself freak out.

the first thing you need to do is call 911. they will get you or the victim to safety. and give you the help you need. but, in the mean time while they are coming, need to stop the bleeding on the wound and try and not move the victim unless u totally need to .
