New Hampshire photo credit Nasa / Goddard Space Flight Center / Reto Stöckli New Hampshire is located in the New England region. The most common food crops were corn, pumpkins, potatoes, beans, and fruits such as apples and pears. The main job that was done there was fishing. It was founded by John Wheelwright in 1629. New Hampshire was a proprietary colony. It was founded for the puritans. Here is a painting of The Battle of Bunker Hill. The people of New Hampshire aided in The Battle of Bunker Hill. In order to live in New Hampshire they required you to work.
