We need to understand that
Employees carry along their operative conditions ,personality, behaviours, quality and emotional buttons with them to work.
Employees who begin their day with a negative mood are less satisfied with their jobs and are more likely to have a greater rate of withdrawal and turnover.
However
Supervisors and employee’s emotions
Studies have shown that the above line of the organisation can associated with employee’s emotions in 3 ways:
Employees feel less positive emotions when interacting with supervisors in comparison to when they interact with their co-workers and customers.
employees experience more positive emotions during work as well as communicating with co-workers and customers when they are supervised by a transformational leadership.
Employees who do not express their emotions they experience declined job satisfaction and high levels of stress which is less likely to occur in transformational leadership style.

In comparison to individuals who are in a positive mood , individuals who are in a negative mood develop cognition information more precisely and generate finer differences between choices.
Individuals in a negative mood can energetically participate in positive thoughts as away to eliminate their bad mood.

Main stressors
Financial problems.
Health problems.
Family problems .
One fourth of employees believe that their job is the number one stressor.

Family and stress
Test have been conducted on 2 bank managers to test their physical and mental health , and results revealed that family contributes greatly in causing stress .
stress at work is related to family problems or financial problems more than any other stressor.

Consequence of stress on an individual
Heart attack
High blood pressure
Lose of sleep
Anxiety
Drugs and substance abuse
Alcoholism

Consequence of stress on an Organisation
Low productivity
Employees turn over
Low job satisfaction
health insurance costs.
Absenteeism
suicide

Lets take a deeper look
Stress in work place had cost U.S industry over 300 billion dollars annually due to employees absenteeism and accidents.
lowered production lowers efficiency between 15 to 25 billion each year
Drugs, alcohol and gambling cost organasations approximately 26 billion in total.
