Submitting a Full Proposal

After submitting a Preliminary Application, you will receive an invitation to submit a Full proposal. Follow these steps to complete your Full Proposal. This tutorial is currently under construction and is not accurate.

Access your Full Proposal Draft
Once you're logged in and viewing your portal homepage, click "Applications."
All requests will be listed here.

Click the request with "Full Proposal Draft" status.
Complete Full Proposal
Finish Your Application
After your Full Proposal has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. We will review your application at our next board meeting. We will then reach out to you.
Next Steps
You may come back later by clicking "Save and Finish Later."

You may submit your finished Full Proposal by clicking "Submit."

Access the Online Portal
Step 1:
Go to www.bader.org. Click "Login" to access the online portal.

Step 2:
Log in to the online portal using your email and password.

This is the login page of the online portal of our Grants Management System (GMS).

Attach a Project Budget. Under the heading "Amount Requested," click either "Multiple Files" or "Single File" to attach a word, pdf, or other budget document.
Just below your Project Budget, please expand your Project Description.
The first two demographic questions will already be filled from your Preliminary Application. Complete the remaining questions.
Click "Multiple Files" or "Single File" to upload Financial Information.
You should have received an approval email, shown below.
Some information will already be completed from the Preliminary Application. Please add additional information to your proposal. We will expand on the following steps in the next few slides.
Scroll all the way down and click "Next" to move on.

Add Primary Objectives of your project. If your organization typically measures outcomes, provide Outcome Indicators and Targets for your Objectives.

This opens a new browser window.

In the new window,
• Click "Additional Details"
• Click "501c(3)" or "990"
• Click "+"
• Click "Save Record"

• Click "Upload"
• Click "Submit"
• If you want to add another, click "+"
• Close tab
Save Record
Close the window
