You ask the person if they are feeling okay and if they would like to talk about their problems, this way you can help them feel better. A good way to practice empathy is to treat others the way that you would want to be treated and to set a good example for others.

Certain things can motivate us and make us want to do something but certain things can de-motivate us and make us not want to do anything.
We need to manage the things that de-motivate us so that we do not get too upset and so that we get things done.
Self awareness is understanding your personality which includes strengths, weakness, thoughts, beliefs and what motivates you. This allows you to better understand other people and how they perceive you. Self awareness can help you better manage your feelings and how you act towards other people.

Social skills are all about how you interact with other people to become popular. We use social skills to create relationships and friendships.
Social skills allow use to communicate better with one another to be able to work as part of a team more successfully. We can use your social skills to get a point across and to articulate what you want to say properly.
When you develop social skills you will become happier because you will be able to get along with people and have a good time.

Managing feelings is when you recognise your emotions and try to help to control your emotions. It is when you recognise certain factors and triggers that make you feel certain emotions which can help you to manage these emotions to better help you in daily life.
There are certain techniques that you can use to help control your emotions, for example, if you feel yourself getting angry you could take deep breaths and slowly count to ten to help calm yourself down.
