Natural sources of Iodine are seafood and vegetables. Enriched & Fortified Foods Enriched foods are foods that vitamins and minerals
have been added to due to the loss during the refining
process. Enchanced foods are foods that have additional vitamins and minerals added to them. Fortifoed foods are food that have no natural
minerals or vitamins and they are added to

are not individualized for the person eating
these products. Also, while they can help so
products are bad for you no matter how little of
a portion is eating. Anti Cancer Diet
Eat between 25-35 grams of fiber
each day. Limit your dietary fat intake to
20% of your total caloric intake each day.
Eat foods high in the antioxidants beta carotene,

along with carbohydrates and proteins. The energy

and carbohydrates only have 4 calories per gram. Fat is needed in the body to function,
but too much fat can cause weight gain
and serious problems in the body. When the body uses fat, it breaks
down the contents and releases
glycerol and fatty acids into the blood
stream. When a muscle needs fat it extracts
the energy and converts it to ATP, which is
a form of usable energy for the body. Proteins
