And it is also because of their grumpiness, they were blinded and couldn't appreciate what they have in life. Don't just dwell on the past or think about the future, as you won't be able to notice how fantastic things are right now.
Like the old saying goes "Past is History, Future is a Mystery and Today is Gift and hence it is called the “Present". Skit Do you hear the people sing?
Singing the song of thankful men.
It is the music of the people
Who will not be grumpy again.
When the services we do,
Echoes the sayings of thank you,
A thankful life will start
When tomorrow comes! In a dark, dark castle at the far end of the land, a beautiful but grumpy witch-once-queen was speaking to a magical mirror. A long time ago, when knights fought with dragons and fairies played with their magic; there lived a lovely girl, Snow White, and her friends the dwarfs. One day in the orchard… One week later... Thank our friends... For giving us such a joyful childhood and unforgettable memories Thank our parents... For their support and encouragement
every day Huh? Why are the apples suddenly not growing? This is strange…but on the bright side, at least we had a nice harvest last week! Being thankful makes you happy and when you are happy you have less stress, can work better and have improved relationships with others! Being ungrateful makes you gloomy at all times, and when I feel down I have headaches and my body aches all over. Why should we be grumpy if being thankful makes life so much better? ~Bible Reading~ Instead, we should be like Snow White, who could recognise the good side of everything. Not only is she thankful, but she teaches others to be thankful as well, and this is what we truly call a thankful life. Be thankful when you don’t know something, for it gives you the opportunity to learn. Step 2 to a Thankful Life Things like laughter, affection, and playfulness are fleeting. Once a relationship has degraded so that those things don't spontaneously occur anymore, it's very hard to get them back. Step 3 to a Thankful Life Realize the time and effort our parents and teachers have spent on us.
Realize that we are the blessed ones, to be able to wake up every morning, to have enough to eat and to wear, and to live each day to its fullest. Live a Thankful Life! Express our gratitude simple by a nod, a hug or simply by saying, THANK YOU.
The life that we groan about may be the life someone desires for.
Thank everyone who has inspired you in your lives and cherish what you have. As Jesus made his way to Jerusalem, he went along the border between Samaria and Galilee. He was going into a village when he was met by ten men suffering from a dreaded skin disease. They stood at a distance and shouted, “Jesus, Master, Take pity on us!”
Jesus saw them and said to them, “Go and let the priests examine you.” On the way they were made clean.
When one of them saw that he was healed, he came back, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself to the ground at Jesus’ feet and thanked him. The man was a Samaritan. Jesus said, “There were ten men who were healed; where are the other nine? Why is this foreigner the only one who came back to give thanks to God?” And Jesus said to him, “Get up and go; your faith has made you well.” The witch decided to make the dwarfs and Snow White unthankful by poisoning their orchard so no plants would grow.
