How is niceness different from kindness?
What is bullying?
Why is KINDNESS is the antidote to bullying?
When kindness is imbedded in everyday life it brings along feelings of gratitude
A greater sense of self belonging is felt.
which also brings along acceptance by peers
The ripple effect
What we are trying to do is cause something that will spark and stay lit, we can do that by making 1 random act of kindness happen.
That small act we can do is, walking with someone that is alone, or giving one kind gesture to others.
If one person does it, that other people will do it and it will be passed on.
GOAL!
Puts you in
a good mood
Makes you HAPPY
Plays an important
part in digestion
repeated aggressive behavior meant to make someone less powerful than you.
being nice tends to be... well... dishonest
niceness is more about how "nice" you seem rather than
what you really want / feel.
Benefits
There are many types of bullying, from cyber to verbal to physical. And all have the same effect, that it sticks

Bullying is usually done because one doesnt feel like they belong or that they feel weak and wanna pick on the ones lower
Usually trying to stay dominant because of looking like they don't belong
You will become more confident and in control of your lives
Reduce stress
Get along better
with others
Have more friends
Sleep better

Being Kind

A "nice" person is one who conforms his behavior to what he believes society sees as "nice."
A “kind” person doesn't necessarily care about what “society” thinks of him; he acts out of a deep-rooted love for his fellow living beings.
