It was found in the 12th century.In the early 17th century, a new Roman Dynasty continued this policy of expansion across Siberia to the Pacific. During that time Peter I ruled, hegemony was extended to the Baltic Sea and the country was renamed the Russian Empire.
The government exercises executive power in the Russian Federation. The government consists of the prime minister, deputy prime ministers, and federal ministers. The government issues its acts in the way of decisions and orders . They cannot go against the constitution, constitutional laws, federal laws, and Presidential decrees. In the end, they must be signed by the Prime Minister. Because Russia is such a large country, having various directors with specific responsibilities makes it possible for Russia to have consistent and strong government system.

Negotiations with Russians often involve flared tempers. During negotiations and meetings, temper tantrums and walkouts often occur.
As a foreigner, you are expected to be on time to all business appointments. However, your Russian counterpart may be late, as this may be a test of your patience. Do not expect an apology from a late Russian, and do not demonstrate any kind of attitude if your business appointments begin one or two hours late. This may also be a test of your patience.
An invitation to a Russian dacha (country home) is a great honor.
After a toast, most Russians like to clink their glasses together. Do not do so if you are drinking something non-alcoholic.

Greetings: A handshake is always appropriate. Remove your gloves before shaking there hand. Don't shake hands over a threshold (They believe that this action will lead to an argument).
