GATE MAGNET PROGRAM
Kraemer Middle School’s GATE program seeks to provide students with a stimulating and rigorous curriculum. This “rigor” or cognitive demand exists in classroom instruction, school projects and assessments, as well as extra-curricular opportunities. In the GATE program, students engage in conducting investigations to solve real-world problems with unpredictable outcomes. Gifted students will engage in inquiry, self-directed learning, discussion, debate, and metacognition.
