-> Adrian Mitchell was an English poet, novelist and playwright.
-> Famous Quote said by Adrian = " Most people ignore poetry because most poetry ignores most people . "
Awards won by Adrian
-> Adrian won numerous awards but the main awards that he has won include the Eric Gregory Award won in 1961 , the PEN Translation Prize won in 1966 , the Tokyo Festival Television Film Award won in 1971 and finally the CLPE Poetry Award won in 2005.

-> This poem as you know is about a boy in a playground and the bullies are " The rulers of the killing ground " . They are bulling all types and races of people and the boy is explaining to us how he is small and helpess because his parents are far away.
