Core leadership skills are the skills that get people promoted into leadership positions. People who naturally demonstrate these skills are often labeled ‘born leaders.' Core leadership skills are the foundation of effective leadership .
‘Adaptive leadership,’ which is a practicable leadership framework that helps individuals and organizations adapt and thrive in challenging environments.
. Transformational leaders always have a goal insight, and they are excited to create ways to achieve that goal. Prophet Muhammad had a transformational leader style, he changed a lot of wrong aspects in his community.
C The first and most important point about charismatic leadership is the extraordinary life and teaching of the leader. Based on that, the life of Muhammad is to highlight his extraordinary qualities as a leader and the acumen with which he deployed these attributes(Adair,2010)
Reality and ultimate values are the most characteristics of the charismatic leadership
combining authority and power with mercy and gentleness. This combination is difficult to achieve. Those who are merciful and gentle may fail to become leaders, lacking firmness and decision making skills.
Leadership is vital to every organization . In our global economy, the divers skills and understanding required for success have never been more demanding . Prophet Muhammad’s unique communication and
leadership style led to the spread of Islam, not only within Arabia but also outside to the north, south, east, west and southwest of Arabia.
