BEOWULF Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Line of Kings Shield Sheafson Beow Halfdane Hrothgar Grendel falwiuehwieufhwfawefawefawefawef The Mead Hall When Hrothgar came into power he
wanted this hall built. It served
as a place for the vikings to go
to drink and tell stories. It was
also the location of Hrothgar's
throne room. The mead hall was a pleasant
place for the people to go to
until... Grendel went in the mead-hall
in search of men to devour. However, his plan was not successful. Grendel was about to attack Beowulf when... He was caught and squeezed harder than
anything he had ever encountered. Grendel was fatally hurt and would soon die. Beowulf was declared the winner of the battle. The mead-hall was damaged by the
battle between Grendel and Beowulf,
but it was still standing at the end. The mead-hall is empty with no one left but one warrior Beowulf dies and the people have
a memorial for him. They build a pyre for him
with helmets, shields, and
shining armor. A fire is built The people say that he was the kindest
king of all the kings they have ever had
