Our Plan to Help Our Community:
Because of the high rates of heart disease in our community, we believe that we can give opportunities to these residents. Our plan is to survey the community, and see if they are in risk of heart disease. Once this occurs we are hoping to see an improvement in health, if not we will also design a brochure to give to the residents filled with useful information, such as in this presentation.
