Enjoys fishing, kayaking, riding horses, soccer, reading, scuba diving, hiking, boogie boarding, spending time with family, and luge. She goes to the University of Alberta. Her birthday is on May 24, weighs 137 pounds, born on May 24 1992, and she is currently 21 years old. Lives in Calgary, Alberta and she was born in Victoria, British Columbia. She wants to pursue a career in the medical field. Likes places where you can leave the city life behind and graduated from the National Sports School in 2010. Her favorite social network is Facebook. Her nickname is Kim.
During the 2007/2008 season she won 6 Junior World Cups
During the 2008/2009 season she won 5 Junior World Cups and 1 Junior Canadian World Cup
During the 2009/2010 season she won 2 Junior World Cups and 1 FIL Junior World Championship
During the 2010/2011 season she won 1 Fast Track Capital Canadian Championship
During the 2011/2012 season she won 6 different World Cups and 2 Canadian Championships

On her first run she ranked in 6 place (50.465)
On her second run she ranked in 6 place (1:40.919)
On her third run she ranked in 5 place (2:31.275)
On her fourth run she ranked in 5 place
Those results added up and put her in 5 th place in the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics
her final time was 3:21.895

Training and Team
Kim listens to country music during her warm up because it reminds her of home and calms her down. Has made a quick and steady progression in the sport and has evolved from a little girl struggling to stay on her sled to a high performance athlete who has competed with the worlds top 10.Kim is focused on representing Canada in the Olympics.Her coach is Wolfgang Staudinger. She was a forerunner at the Vancouver Winter Olympics.
