Kevlar Aramid is turned into strong materal using a process called wet spinning. It's then woven into Kevlar The kevlar is turned into gloves, vests, helmets, ect. The finished products are then shipped to military shops, police officers, dept. stores, ect if it becomes damaged, it can be patched or sewen back together. It can also simply be thrown away.
