Advertisements in the 1800s
advertisements in the 1800s were very easy to publish stating any claim, as their were no checks done. this meant that advertisers could claim near anything that their product could do, and still get away with it.
The first 3G networks were introduced in 1998 in the UK.

an example of this would be the carbolic smoke ball incident where the manufacturer claimed that the product would cure influenza and other diseases, and if it didn't then they would pay the person £100. obviously this claim was false, showing that none was checking these claims as the ads were going out.

The earliest magazine was german, it was called Erbauliche Monaths Unterredungen.It was a literary and philosophy magazine This was first published in 1663.
The first 4G" networks came in 2008 for the UK.
In 1400, more that six centuries after the invition of printing in the east, the technique of printing from wooden blocks was introduced in Germany.
