. It gives you quick relief from dry skin
. Regular consumption will improve skin health dramatically
. Vitamin A and C in spinach allows the scalp to produce more oils in order for hair to grow faster and healthier.
. And lastly the antioxidants in spinach actually protect the retinas from being damaged
. Spinach is one of the healthiest foods to eat and has an abundance of vitamins and minerals.
. Some of these include vitamins A,C,E,K,B12 and minerals such as zinc, copper, calcium, iron and magnesium.
. To make sure the spinach you have has all these incorporated in it, spinach that is dark and fresh is the best kind.

. Spinach contains many flavonoids that act as antioxidants to prevent cholesterol from oxidizing.
. Folate, which is in spinach, has great benefits towards your cardiovascular system.

Since spinach has many vitamins, minerals and other substances that are extremely beneficial to the body it can help prevent many things.

.This is important because if you leave spinach in water for to long all the water soluble nutrients will transfer into the water instead of staying in the spinach.

There are many ways to incorporate spinach into your diet and by doing so you will receive all the benefits it has to offer. You can do this by: putting spinach in smoothies, into meat, on top of pasta, into omelets, on top of soups, in pizza sauces and even as a dip on the side!
Physical Benefits of Spinach!
Over all spinach is one of the healthiest foods one can eat because of its high amounts of vitamins and minerals. It also can prevent many illness and conditions so you can live a healthier and happy life.
1 cup of low fat cottage cheese
1 cup of light low fat salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped onion
10oz of chopped spinach
2 tsp of parsley flakes
Place the first four ingredients into a blender. Blend smooth. Turn into bowl.
stir in spinach and parsley. This is good served warm and also cold. Makes 2 2/3 cups.
