13 million users said they had not set or did not know about privacy settings and 28% shared all of their pictures however there is many stalking people can know about you and spread you're photo
Social media sites spread information faster than the other media
Over 50% of people learn about breaking news on social media however when leader want to get message for lot citizen we should use social media.
Another reason social media can helps student do butter at school.
59% of students with access to the Internet report that they use social networking sites to discuss educational topics and 50% use the sites to talk about school assignments
Social media allow people to improve their relationships and make new friends.
70% of adult social networking users visit the sites to connect with friends and family ,how ever there is many programs to connecting and meet new friend like:BBM, twitter, snap chat,whatsapp

Rumors about hurricane Sandy and gunfights in other countries like Mexico have been picked up by reliable news services, and this misinformation has been shared without the proper vetting of the sources providing the information
