The student Chef By: Connor Goudal Why I had chose to do chicken as the main course is because I found meat was in one of the four kinds of food groups, chicken is easy and simple to cook for a person who hasn’t had much experience. And lastly I had chosen to do chicken is because it is a kind of a new recipe in my family that I have had many times that was delicious. Next, what is it? The chicken itself is drum sticks (no breasts). Its flavour is drie and spicy. Finally, the outside is made of Cajun spice. Which is sort of drie and to me delicous.
Why I chose? What is it? April, 24 2010 Ingredients:
-12 Chicken legs (drum sticks)
-Cajun Seasoning (2 tbs)
-Margarine (optional/4 tbs)
Materials: -Bowl
-Spoon
-Shallow baking pan
-Table spoon
Prodecure: 1.)Combine two table spoons of Cajun seasoning with four table spoons of margarine combined well with spoon. Or if like more dry just pour in cajun spice no margarine. (In the bowl).
2.)Rub onto chicken legs (with hands or spoon)
3.)Place chicken legs in shallow baking pan
4.)Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer if you want crisper.
5.)Bon appétit
