Asteroids are small fragments about 4.5 billion years old left over from the formation of the solar system Asteroids nickname is planetismals Comets are also left over from the formation of the solar system Comets are composed of ices, water, ammonia,methane, carbon, and Carbon monoxide Asteroids Comets are belived to be shooting stars Meteors meteors are belived to be shooting stars Meteors make the craters you see on earth Comets nickname is Dirty snowballs Dwarf Planets Pluto is a dwarf planet because it is smaller then the moon Kuiper belt objects are considered dwarfs because of how small they are in space
