Learner centered Lead listen to personal needs of learners Variety of learners EMPOWER AND ENABLE ALL LEARNERS Long term aim Equality for all in the UK/Scotland so disabled people are no longer treated differently Money will be used in local areas Work with not a lot of funding Group of Edinburgh University Lecturers Help sustain lead and help a wide range of people Breaking down Barriers
