What are microwaves?
Microwaves are a form of electromagnetic radiation with wavelengths that we use to heat and cook food.
Why Do We Use It?
Microwaves are significant to cook frozen food.

People use microwaves to cook junk food and frozen food which lack

Although it does not cook fully inside out, it is convenient and easy to use.
How does it affect our health

How It Effects Our Food
Microwave cause water molecules in food vibrate producing heat to cook the food.

Microwaves also harm vitamins and other nutrition.

In addition, microwaves cause the food to get dry and harden.

There are 2 types of electromagnetic radiation, ionizing radiation and non-ionizing radiation.
There are many ionizing hazards like Electrical hazards, Fire hazards and Biological hazards.
