Important Ideas
It is important to know that the subject and the verb will invert after place or prepositional expressions ONLY when the place expression is NECESSARY to complete the sentence.

TOEFL Examples
If the Expression is necessary to complete the idea; then, the subject and verb are inverted. However, if the Expression is not needed to complete a specific idea; then the subject and verb are not inverted at all.
