As a stem grows, leaves tend to arrange themselfs
around it in a way that optimizes light absorption.
Using the same arrangement
I've made a musical instrument.
Each leaf's unique placement produces a different sound
(with guitar strings attached).

The final stuckture and shape is child&parent friendly.
To keep it less intimadating, I`ve moved the control panels to a seperate stand.

The incubator`s bed can be tilted
in order to calm the neonatal babies. This gentle movement helps to develope the babies` nervous system.
A very common scene in NICUs:
nurses put covers on the incubators to help babies get more rest.
