1) Judgment is coming, repent!
2) No repentance? Judgment...on other nations, as well.
3) Yet there is hope for a future restoration.
Zephaniah is a descendant of Hezekiah.
Reasons for Judah's Judgment:

- social injustice (1:9, 11)
- religious ritualism (3:2)
- corrupt leadership (3:3-4)
