BUYER DEMOGRAPHICS
We project the buyer demographics at 3601 to be a combination of empty nesters, high net worth individuals looking for a full or part-time residence, foreign nationals and parents purchasing for children attending private universities.

The majority of purchasers will originate within the DMV, with Washington DC as the primary source. Maryland and Virginia will have representation as well.
