Ways to improve Confidence
1- Ask yourself "whats the worst that can happen?"
2- If your doing something for the first time pretend
you already did it.
3- think positive and kill negative thoughts.
4- set a small goal and achieve it. ( Step by step start
small end big )
5- focus on solutions
6- break through the wall of fear and come out the
7- Get to know yourself
8- act positive

Hunger affects confidence
It makes you more aggressive.

It does because your body knows you can die from hunger so it puts you in killing mode. When your not hungry and get scared you will most likly scream and run away. But if your hungry you will most likly put up your fists.

Bimanual- performed with both hands.
