Referrals are generated when engineers provide the names and contact info of other engineers who have experience within our core skill sets. Those referrals, in turn, provide additional lead
opportunities.
Building a relationship with the engineers will allow the Recruiter to create a strong database of candidates and generate quality leads.
An engineer can be added by using MOATS: Money, Opportunity, Availability, Travel, and Skills.
Listings are high priority job openings that meet the following criteria:

A sendout is an interview conducted via:

Web conferencing
In person with the client

Also known as filling a job. This is the end goal of hard work and teamwork from the Recruiters and Sales Reps. Our main focus at Imperial Staffing is to achieve placement by combining our efforts and maintaining constant communication throughout the process .

is generated when an engineer provides the recruiter with the name of a manager who they have worked for in the past or are presently working for as a contractor. These names are submitted to the

for the sales reps to begin building relationships with these managers in an effort to be added to their individual databases.

The recruiters steer the ship through the initial conversation with engineers, which then generates separate, but complimentary, outcomes for both the sales and the recruiting side.

better relationship you build with your
managers, the more likely you

Obtaining all of this necessary information ensures the
highest probability
of a placement.
-The position is funded and the client will pay market rates.
- Direct contact with the hiring manager who will provide essential technical job requirements.
- The length of assignment is defined.
-The client's need aligns with our center-of-the-market skills.
-The client needs an employee within two weeks' time.
* A Senior Recruiter must qualify the job opening as a listing.
*It is the Recruiter's job to facilitate the phone screen with both parties, listen and take notes regarding the client's expectations,
and then relay that information
back to the team.
Prior to the sendout, a Recruiter prepares the candidate with expectations and techniques for a successful interview.
