Designer Recommendations
1. Renovate the entire building satisfying all of the known code and building deficiencies and complete all of the interior upfits. This includes all new building systems. This program far exceeds the available budget.

2. Renovate the building in the “core” and unassignable areas only. This includes all new building systems except within the upfit areas. This scheme is very close to being within budget.

3. Renovate the eastern (1987) portion of the building. This includes all new building systems except with limited partial system installation in the western (1070) portion of the building. This scheme can be within budget but has shortcomings.
