LEARN TO BE HEALTHY WITH A COUPLE TIPS Always eat the right amount of food you need every day.The best thing to eat is darker fruits and veggies. Made by,
Olivia For your little ones they should be getting around 13 hours of sleep and kids who are about 9 and older they should be getting around 10 hours of sleep or more. I am getting about 10 hours of sleep every night because i go to bed at 9:00 p.m. and wake up at 7:00 a.m. These are just a few different type of foods you SHOULDN'T eat. You should only eat some of these things for treats every once in a while. I could just keep on showing you images of things you shouldn't eat because there is so many. You should be exercising every day for 1 hour or more. It helps burn of calories and keep you nice and strong and when you go for a run your shouldnt get tired over half a lap. There are many different ways to exercise. These are just a few different ones. Drinking milk can keep your bones strong so you should drink milk at breakfast, lunch and supper. :^) I get around 1 hour of play, 10 hours of sleep and 6 hours of work.
