FREESTYLE SKIING Rails and Boxes Jumps Rails and boxes are the hardest part of freestyle skiing. Doing a rail or a box means rotating the skis 90 Degrees, and balancing on top of less than 3 inches of space. Most freestyle skiiers add tricks such as a 270 on, or a 270 off. Freestyle skiing is all about creativity, so new tricks are being created every day. HERES AN EXAMPLE Jumps are the second portion of freestyle skiing,
jumps can be done straight air, or a skiier can add a trick to thier jump, such as a spin or flip.
