03.09 Project Runaway
Transcript of 03.09 Project Runaway
The overall quality of this short film was great. The strengths are the soundtrack and camera angles. I would make no suggestions for improvement because I feel this short film was great. What I will remember most about this short film is how the unknown dark object just randomly showed up and started following this jogger and did not leave her alone.
The suspense techniques used in this film is imagery. The special effects make this short film very suspenseful. The amount of suspense is caused by the camera angels, soundtrack, special effects, and types of shots. The techniques are used effectively because it all makes the film more suspenseful and scary. The unknown dark object does not go away and keeps following her and shows up during the whole film.
Eye contact deserves 4 out of 5 stars. I believe it deserves 4 out of 5 stars because it was kind of scary. The film was scary because it is about a jogger running from an unknown dark object. The characters were the woman jogger and the unknown object following her. The action of the film takes place in a lighthouse, the woods, and the jogger's house. The jogger is jogging up a light house when she notices a dark object, she then goes down the lighthouse and then notices that the unknown object is following her. The film maker wants you to feel bad for the jogger while she runs for her life from the unknown dark object.
