No money up front to begin the search

Fee based on an estimate of the candidate’s first year earnings
30% of that amount

Some refinery experience is ideal, they need to understand how refineries work and who to call on at the plant level
Speciality mechanical equipment background, valves are not required if they are really technical or a degreed engineer
For the outside salespeople who are covering South and Latin America, they must be fluent in Spanish
Experience selling to engineering companies like KBR, Flour Daniel, etc
Comfortable giving large presentations
For the inside salesperson, they need a few years of experience and a stable career path

Strong support structure with a high amount of internal experience
Tight knit group of employees with a lot of tenure
The employees are focused mainly on technical solution selling versus selling a commodity product
