To have a design solution that includes Bioclimatic Approach.
To design a facility that use eco-friendly system so that the environment will not be harmed.
To design a lake-side hotel and resort focusing on reducing energy used with the integration of wind turbines for generating electricity, rain water collector and grey water system for water conservation.
To establish a facility that would represent Cavinti, Laguna in a global scale that which will contribute to modern Filipino Architecture.
Designing and planning the basic facilities of the Lake-side Hotel and Resort.
Consider the local climate during the first stage of building design.
Develop extensive research and design formulation in covering the renewable energies from the wind only and the green techniques.
Application of building guidelines, laws and ordinances related to the study is greatly considered in space programming and schematic layout.
Bioclimatic Architecture will be considered in the design character of the Lake-side Hotel and Resort.
The additional spaces and facilities like the engineering department and support services will be provided but shall not focus too much on it.
Technical information will not be included.
The Lumot Lake Watershed has an area excluded from the permanent forest reserve from Pres. Proc. No. 1976 that allows structure 20 meters from lake water level.
Tourism can have a significantly positive impact on the environment and social development of the area.
The integration of Bioclimatic Approach on the Lake-side Hotel and Resort is an act of responding to the cry of help of our distressed nature.
A prospective of becoming a model of sustainable architecture in the Philippines.
Filipino Architecture focused on use of local materials around the area will be considered so that the architectural plan and design should reflect Filipino or Asian culture.
The demand for a new hotel and resort that integrates green strategies in Laguna is much appreciated due to its blooming tourism. With this kind of outlook, a new facility that can accommodate not just the people from the metro but also tourists from different country is needed.
