Salary:
$150,000-250,000
Experience running a succesful sales organization with significant profit and loss responsibility
Strong track record of growing a sales team and holding sales people accountable for results
Must have have work in and have an understanding of the electrical distribution industry
Must understand and know how to sell to the construction marketplace
An individual who is a forward thinker and can bring new ideas to the company
Company is having tremendous growth in the past 15 years and has strong plans in place to continue this growth
Family owned and operated company
Company represents good product lines
The person in this role will have the ability to have a huge to impact on the future direction of the company
