As a group, you will work together to write an essay then present what you have learned about the culture of the country you have been studying.

You will do this in one of three ways:
A PowerPoint presentation
A Prezi presentation
A tri-fold brochure

The Essay
Prompt: How does literature reflect the culture of a society?
As a group you will divide the separate parts of the essay equally and work together to complete the essay.

Each person will be responsible for at least one paragraph.
The Essay
Prompt: How does literature reflect the culture of a society?
Each handout provides a space to complete all of the steps for each of your paragraphs.

Each body paragraph should contain a quote from the literature AND an outside source

All handouts are due at the end of class.
BONUS!
You will also be able to rewrite another essay in the hopes of improving the grade you received on it.

If you already rewrote the poetry essay, you will now rewrite the non-fiction essay.

If you rewrote the non-fiction essay; the poetry essay.

Essays are due by the 13th. No later.
Assignment
By the end of class, you are to submit your group's essay.

Using a computer, combine all of the individual paragraphs and submit the word document to Blackboard/Edmodo.
