Job description
It is important to let callers know that they are not alone, that the abuse in their relationships is not their fault, and that there are resources in their communities that can help them to heal from the abuse they have suffered and to help their safety
study sociology and English at college. During your junior year, take part in an urban studies program where you learn about social and community issues, including domestic violence
it is extremely important to be open-minded and non-judgmental. It’s important to remember that it’s not about you.
