Ping Pong In China Jenna Chrismer pd. 10 1971 U.S ping pong team visted china after years of
estrangement and antagonism between the two teams. 1988-2004 2008 turned out to be the Year of the Veteran
for USA Olympic table tennis. The sport got its start in England towards the end of the 19th century Asian countries like China, Korea and Japan are understood to have learned about it from British Army officers On April 6th, 1971, the US table tennis team was invited on an all-expenses-paid trip to play in China. The U.S. Table Tennis team was in Japan in 1971 for the 31st
World Table Tennis Championship on April 6th when they
received an invitation to visit China U.S. Table Tennis Team, three incidents may have triggered
the invitation from China. When the Chinese Department of Foreign Affairs received
a report that the U.S. Table Tennis Team hoped to
get invited to visit China, as usual, the Department declined. During the week of June 9, 2008, a three-day
Ping Pong Diplomacy event was held at the
Richard Nixon Presidential Library
and Museum in Yorba Linda, California If this piece of China had never come about, propose an alternative. What would have been another way for history to have gone ahead? If ping pong was never come about in china, there probably wouldn't be any
olymipcs at all. ping pong, also known as table tennis was a big deal in china, a lot of people became known and popular just because of this sport. History could have brought ping pong about, by just being bored and knowing that others have played it, china men are fast because they are small and short. They should know that they have the charcteristics to be very good at this sport. History could have taken it away from the europeans instead of making it up themselves. Answer(:
